OFFICIAL CONTEST RULES: WEEKLY LIVE WHEEL SPIN

NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A PURCHASE WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING.

By participating in this Contest, entrants agree to abide by and be bound by these Official Contest Rules and the decisions of the Sponsor, which are final and binding in all matters.

1. SPONSOR

The Contest is sponsored by The Candy Girl Brands Inc., located at 13548 97 Street NW Unit 812, Edmonton, AB, T5E 4E2, Canada (the "Sponsor").

2. ELIGIBILITY

The Contest is open to legal residents of Canada who have reached the age of majority in their province or territory of residence at the time of entry. Void where prohibited by law. Employees, officers, and directors of the Sponsor, its parent companies, affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies, and immediate family members are not eligible to participate.

3. CONTEST PERIOD

The Contest runs weekly. Each weekly entry period begins on Sunday at 12:00:00 AM MT and ends on the immediately following Saturday at 11:59:59 PM MT (the "Weekly Contest Period").

4. HOW TO ENTER

There are two (2) ways to enter the Contest. There is no limit to the number of entries an individual can earn per week through either method.

• Method A (Automatic Purchase Entry): You will automatically receive one (1) entry into the current Weekly Contest Period for every valid, paid order successfully placed on our website during that period.
• Method B (No Purchase Necessary Entry - Free): To enter without making a purchase, handwrite your full name, complete mailing address, phone number, valid email address, and a unique, original 50-word essay explaining why you want to win the prize on a piece of paper. Mail it in a postage-paid envelope to: The Candy Girl Brands Inc., 13548 97 Street NW Unit 812, Edmonton, AB, T5E 4E2.
  • Equal Dignity Rule: Mail-in entries must be received by the Friday before the Sunday live draw to be included in that week's pool. Each valid mail-in entry counts as one (1) entry and carries the exact same odds of winning as a purchase entry.

5. THE LIVE DRAWING AND SELECTION

Every Sunday at 7:00 PM MT, the Sponsor will conduct a random drawing from all eligible entries received during the preceding Weekly Contest Period to select one (1) potential winner.

• The 2-Minute Chat Window: The selected order number or free-entry name will be announced live on stream. The entrant will have exactly two (2) minutes from the time of the announcement to comment in the live chat to claim their live spin.
• Absence Provision: If the entrant does not respond within two (2) minutes, the Sponsor will spin the wheel on their behalf live on stream. The prize landed on will still belong to the entrant, subject to the skill-testing question requirement below.

6. THE WHEEL SPIN AND PRIZES

The wheel features two tiers of prizes:

• Grand Prize: If the wheel lands on the "Grand Prize" segment, the winner may choose one (1) item from a designated selection of electronic and luxury items, including but not limited to a PlayStation 5, Xbox Series X, iPad, Laptop, or Designer Purse (Maximum Approximate Retail Value "ARV": $750.00 CAD).
• Consolation Prizes: If the wheel lands on any other segment, the entrant wins the specific prize displayed on that segment (e.g., store credit, free merchandise, accessories). Consolation prizes will be shipped with their paid order, mailed separately (for free entrants), or applied directly to their digital account profile.
• Odds: The odds of an individual entry being drawn depend entirely on the total number of eligible entries received during that specific Weekly Contest Period. The odds of landing on a specific prize segment once drawn are determined by the geometric breakdown of the wheel (e.g., 1 in the total number of slots).

7. MANDATORY SKILL-TESTING QUESTION

Before being declared an official winner and receiving any prize (Grand Prize or Consolation Prize), the selected entrant must correctly answer, without assistance of any kind (whether mechanical, electronic, or human), a time-limited mathematical skill-testing question.

• If the entrant is active in the live stream, this question may be administered and answered live within their 2-minute window.
• If the entrant is absent, the skill-testing question will be sent via the email address associated with their order or free entry. They must reply with the correct answer within forty-eight (48) hours, or the prize will be strictly forfeited.

8. GENERAL CONDITIONS

Prizes must be accepted as awarded and are non-transferable. No cash substitutions are permitted except at the sole discretion of the Sponsor. The Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the Contest if fraud, technical failures, or any other factor beyond the Sponsor’s control impairs the integrity of the Contest, subject to applicable provincial regulations.
