Candy Craze was founded in February of 2025 by Lylah Janvier, a proud young indigenous girl from Clearwater River Dene Nation, a Reservation part of Treaty 8, 600KM north of Saskatoon Saskatchewan.
Lylah and her family reside in Edmonton Alberta.
Lylah had one goal - to become Canada's biggest online candy store, her vison & determination was what convinced Mom & Dad to finally give in
and setup her store, within weeks she gained traction online where orders started pouring in and her following on Tiktok started growing at a pace so fast
she couldn't believe it, when asked today about what she wants to do she says she wants to give back to other kids as much as she can and help youth
persue their dreams.
Lylah's kindness, her genuine care for others and her inspiration comes from her Mom & Dad, she has always watched them work hard to give them a better life,
her early stages of life was the very definition of "never give up", she had a medical condition that almost took her life when she was just a couple months old,
medical professionals could not figure out at the time what was wrong with her and the family had to travel 600km twice a week to Saskatoon to see specialists for
her first year, that's over 100 trips (60,000km), her parents never gave up hope, they used traditional indigenous medicines Lylah's great grandmother made and her parents continued to take her to
her medical appointments with no progress or news until August 29th, the day before her first birthday, her parents can still remember the most exciting news they got that day.
they were in the waiting room of the Saskatoon Royal University Hospital that day, one day before Lylah's 1st birthday when she took her first steps, that was just the beginning
of the good news, a few moments later they were called in to see her specialist, they walked in and the specialist looked at them with a smile and said
"by some miracle Lylah's condition is no longer there", the fight was over, they won and they could give Lylah a normal life now.
Today Candy Craze is a full time family owned online business that ships orders across the world with a food style trailer that attends powwows and other events across North America.

My name is Lylah, I created Candy Craze with the help and support of my parents in February of this year(2025), I watch tiktok videos all the time and I always seen people on tiktok make candy packing videos which inspired me to start my own channel
when I finally convinced my parents and got all the supplies, we uploaded our first video and went live for the first time and that's when orders started coming in, I couldn't believe it, I couldn't sleep because I was so excited, in our first two weeks, we shipped over 400 orders.
